Who'd have thunk? I'm becoming a Weight Watchers junkie and it's paying off. With a split-second decision to "track" my Thanksgiving meals, I was able to score a 3-lb loss this week and was incredibly surprised by it.
But now, with a grand total weight loss of 41 lbs, I can only say that I couldn't be happier with what's been going on this time around. I have set my "final" goal weight at 130 lbs, and I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel. A friend's mother commented on how I'm "merely a shadow" of myself, and while I don't feel it, I certainly see it on paper. She made a comment about how it can be difficult to loose this type of weight and I replied "It's been a HUGE pain in my ass, MK."
But it really has. It's been torturous and time-consuming and expensive and stressful aggravating annoying, angering scary infuriating... but I wouldn't change anything...this I'm the healthiest I've been in YEARS and I couldn't be more thankful to Weight Watchers for watching me join and quit almost 3 times now... and they still let me back in! haha. (yes, I know it's the $ thing, too) Soooo thanks to you all for your support and encouragement.
Here's to a new week and another (good) challenge.
Cheers!
