UgH... the girl scouts are adorable, do great things, offer wonderful service to the community...however, their cookies are pure evil. lol. I think I'll just leave it at that.
Now, onto more pressing matters: Panos for dinner tomorrow night... in need of some ideas for what you believe is the "lighter" side of the menu. What would you order that is light, yet sufficiently filling, and doesn't make you feel like you want to die because you feel nothing but fat after you've eaten.
**I know, I know... insert: "But Liz, just stop eating before you get that full" quote here...** Not what I mean folks. What won't sit in my stomach like a brick? I haven't been there in ages... help?
Have a great night everyone!
I would order the boca burger. As far as nutritional information, since it's completely meat free you are losing a TON of fat, only .5 grams! There are only 70 calories per patty. Get it open face and enjoy mustard and pepper; both basically calorie free :) you can add a potato of choice; but I would get a salad with dressing on the side, since you're being so awesome and going with a boca get the dressing of your choice! haha jk. oil and vinegar with fresh cracked pepper.
ReplyDeleteyour dinner caloric intake could be as low as 250-300, super good (as long as you eat a good sized lunch you need calories just not ca-razy amounts of them).
price; 6.99! woohoo! not a belt buster or a wallet breaker! water + $3 tip. $10 dinner
option 2
Chicken Souvlaki Dinner. but eat it as a salad and disregard the pita. the pita is not whole-eat or multigrain therefore nullifying the nutritional value and all your calories would be complex carbs that you would have to exersize off, (i recommend zumba :) )
baked potato as a side and only use half the butter or ask for vinegar. I am the only person I know who does this but when I eat out and get a baked potato instead of getting sour cream or butter i'll ask for vinegar and douse a little on the potato to add a kick to it. basically adding no calories.
greek salad NO FETA. sorry feta has tons of sodium which increases water retention giving you that bloated feeling. :(
12.99
hope that helps!!!! :)
*on a side note; In the last 4 months I've lost 35 lbs just by dropping 500 calories a day off my diet and taking up "jogging" aka training for a marathon. but you can do it!!!
