I was told at Weight Watchers that one must always celebrate every single success- no matter how small or how big. In order to keep yourself motivated, recognize every good thing you do. Research shows, that with one good deed, chemicals are released in the brain which results in positive, slight, emotional and physical feelings leading a person to repeat said deed and continue doing good. That being said- I'm celebrating a success.
I know my starting weight- which I will not share with you. (Sorry) However, tonight doing my weigh-in, I am 6.2 lbs lighter than when I started. This makes me very happy, just FYI. lol. My goal is about 50 lbs by the wedding. With 33 weeks that averages roughly a pound and a half.
Well, this is my small celebration and I'm glad to share it!
Good night, world. Cookie tonight? NO. lol
Current status: 50 lbs to lose => -6.2 = 43.8lbs to go.
